On 2007 Mar 20, HUNAN KOMINT TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD and LINXIANG MINOR TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD was established, located at Sanwan Industrial Park Lingxiang Yueyang Hunan.
Produce and research inorganic fluorides, metal chemicals and high purity inorganic fluorides are the aims of the new company. Products mainly include Sodium (Potassium, Magnesium, Ammonium) Silicofluoride, 10,000mts, Bifluoride salt 6,000mts, Fluoride salts 20,000mts, other Fluorides 5,000mts. Meanwhile, we plan to produce Manganese, Copper, Stannous, and Nickel salt, total quantity 8000mts per year.
The general built-up area is about 21,000M2, according with the standard of ISO9000 and ISO14000.
The company signed a joint-venture agreement with KCI, one of the biggest Inorganic Fluoride producers in North America. There will be a long-term supply of food grade inorganic fluoride to North America Market. It bases on a special technology researched by both side. The estimated quantity will be more than 15,000mts, and the turnover will be up to 14 million US Dollars. The term of this agreement is 15 years.
