The next day, a boat ride along the Xin'an River Scenic Gallery, dubbed the "Oriental Danube," revealed a stunning landscape. The layered ecosystem of "high mountains with forests, mid-level hills with tea, lower slopes with orchards, and fish in the waters," dotted with Huizhou-style villages, formed a flowing panoramic scroll. Stepping into Huizhou Ancient City, the millennia-old prefectural seat known as the "Confucian Hub of the Southeast," its unique nested-city layout and profound "Huizhou Studies" heritage left employees in awe.
